How To Get Started

Referral 

The referral can be generated from a parent, early interventionist, physician, or therapist. 

Prescription

A prescription for a speech evaluation is generated from your childs physician.  

Payment

Clark Speech Therapy Services accepts many forms of payment to include: Medicaid, Cash Payment, and Private Insurance 
(some insurances will pay, however most don't).
